Join us in this beautiful rural setting and learn the art of Indian Block Printing.  You will be able to print your own designs using a wide range of hand carved blocks in either festive, botanical or traditional Indian designs.

There will also be a new collection of William Morris inspired blocks available for you to print with - such as the iconic strawberry thief, marigold and honeysuckle designs.

You will first have a demonstration and then you will practise on old fabric until you are ready to create your own designs. Please wear old clothes or bring an apron!

You can print either a table runner or set of six napkins plus any other two items of your choice  (tea towels, tote bags, cushion covers, aprons, gift bags, stockings) which you can take home on the day.

Tea, coffee and mince pies will be provided.

We will break for lunch from approximately 1.15pm - 1.45pm - please bring your own packed lunch.

There will be a few printing blocks and blank textiles available to buy at the end for anyone who is interested in pursuing this craft at home.
