This is a private event for friends of Clare Jones

Learn the art of Indian Block Printing and print your own beautiful designs using a wide range of hand carved blocks.  Print any two of the following items - tea towels, aprons, cushion covers, tote bags, gift bags, Christmas stockings or zip pouches.

For anyone wishing to make a table runner or set of napkins there is a £3.50 surcharge.

You will first have a demonstration and then you will practise on old fabric until you are ready to create your own designs. Please wear old clothes or bring an apron!

As well as festive blocks there will be lots of botanical and traditional Indian blocks for anyone who would prefer to use those.

The bar will be open for drinks.

There will be a few printing blocks, paints and blank textiles available to buy at the end for anyone who might be interested in pursuing this craft at home.
